✔ With original tags attached (where applicable)

✔ Returned in original packaging whenever possible

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or product protection reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Damaged products caused by customer misuse

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • An incorrect product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

In such cases, we will provide one of the following remedies:

✔ Full refund

✔ Partial refund where appropriate

For approved claims resulting from our error, we will cover all return shipping costs.


6. Change-of-Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, you may do so within the 30-day return period provided the product meets the return conditions.

In such cases:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
